Jayne Overbeck is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan.
Jayne started Real Estate in 1988 with a small Real Estate office in Eastown. Although she lived in Jenison, she decided she wanted to work in a small office in Grand Rapids where she grew up.
After a few years, she decided she was ready to work for a bigger company that was closer to home. She joined Greenridge Realty in 1990 and worked at the Jenison office until she moved to Lowell in 1992. That fall, she switched to the Greenridge Office in Lowell. Jayne earned many awards including many top sales production awards, “Realtor of the Year” for her office as well as Relocation Awards and Business Woman of the Month. She also served on the Relocation Council and has earned her 20 Year Pin for continuous membership to the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors.
Jayne now works at Bellabay Realty and has received many designations through Harris Real Estate University including her CDPD – Certified Distressed Property Designation, LDPD – Luxury Distressed Property Designation, ASD – Accredited Shortsale Designation to name a few.
